 The Penney Group has many capabilities. It is a group of companies whose members have succeeded on their own strength, and also on the strength created together. As this organization has grown, we have increased our ability to pursue larger projects, expanded our presence, and diversified our abilities to respond to client needs. Our roots are in the construction industry. Over the last twenty-six years, we have been successful in amassing the resources necessary for many different kinds of projects, and in using those resources in an effective manner. We have successfully completed large projects on our own, and with other partners through joint ventures. All projects shown on this website have been performed by our companies and represent a cross-section of our abilities. We have developed a business structure that is both horizontally diversified and vertically integrated. Our operations span several industrial sectors, yet we specialize in development. We have the people, the knowledge, and the technical and financial resources that enable us to continually reach out to new clients, customers and markets. The environment in which we have operated is one characterized by fierce competition, climatic adversity, and rapidly changing technical and financial conditions. We have been successful in this environment largely due to our ability to keep our goal in clear focus, to make good decisions, and to get the job done. We provide quality services in a timely manner. We ensure that each client's needs are clearly defined, and we apply expert resources as needed to fulfill each project's requirements. This is the result of the hard work of many individuals within a system that provides effective support and guidance.
